The Family Law Consultants is a modern law firm established in January 2008. Both Partners, Joanne Bennett and Samantha Harris have many years experience in the legal profession. Joanne is a senior family law specialist whilst Samantha practices in the legal fields of both family law and land.

If you are buying a property or selling a property you will find all you need to know here about the conveyancing process as well as our legal fees which we have set out clearly. In addition to buying and selling we are able to help those of you that are transferring a property for example as a result of a Divorce or those simply wishing to remortgage.
Because we are a modern law firm we are able to carry out a great deal of work via the Internet and email. In a number of cases it will not be necessary for you to come in for an appointment and for this reason we can act for anyone in England and Wales engaging in a property transaction.
Our Head Office is based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and we are also able to offerappointments in Coventry City Centre.
